I grew up with two younger brothers, and have since embraced the ultimate figurative sisterhood through expanding this platform and raising daughters of my own. A New Jersey Based Doula Practice

Liz Eidelman is a mom of two daughters and a DONA International Doulatog from New Jersey. Shaped by her own disheartening birth experiences within our flawed hospital system—along with a surprise medical diagnosis and NICU stay—Liz was called to support mothers in achieving empowerment through their own births, despite the systemic barriers placed before them. Her practice is rooted in deep mental and emotional support, specializing in natural deliveries and encouraging clients to look beyond the confines of what society tells us birth should be and instead look deep within to find their most fearless and capable selves.
